0704091033How long does an order take to arrive?
Items marked In Stock are dispatched from our Galle warehouse as soon as payment clears. Pre-order items are imported on demand - the estimated lead time is 30 to 45 days from the date we receive your advance payment.
Are the prices on the site the final prices?
Yes, for the items themselves. Every price shown is the current per-unit price in Sri Lankan Rupees. Delivery is quoted separately depending on where the order is going and how large it is, and your proforma invoice sets out the item prices and the delivery charge together before you pay anything.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, by card through the secure online payment link on your invoice, or in cash when collecting from the warehouse. Pre-orders are confirmed with an advance payment, with the balance settled before delivery.
What warranty do I get, and how do I claim?
Each product carries a manufacturer warranty - shown on the product page and on your invoice. Every unit we sell is issued a Ray Vault warranty code you can look up on this site, and claims are handled by us locally rather than by the overseas manufacturer.
Can I order in bulk, or as an installer?
Yes. We supply contractors and installers regularly and price projects separately from single-unit orders. Send us your bill of materials on WhatsApp and we'll come back with project pricing.
How do I know the cells are genuine Grade A?
We import directly from certified manufacturers such as EVE and CALB - the same prismatic LiFePO4 cells used in EVs and utility-scale storage - with no middlemen in between, and we can share batch details on request.
